A question, a piece you found out of date, or a correction to suggest? Write to us. MeowQuant has no support hotline and no online form — day-to-day, it's one email address, so we can read every message and reply properly.
Things we'd welcome an email about
- General enquiries. Something in an article's steps, parameters or code you can't follow? Ask. Tell us clearly which step you're stuck on and we can help better.
- Correction suggestions. Found content that's wrong or out of date, or have a better approach? Tell us. If we adopt it, we'll fix the article and log it in corrections.
- Compliance and disclosure questions. Questions about our affiliate disclosure or privacy policy, or something you think is labeled less clearly than it should be — point it out.
- Anything about our non-official status. If you've mistaken us for OKX official, or seen someone elsewhere using the MeowQuant name, please tell us too.
Things we can't help with
So we don't waste your time, some things need saying plainly — they're not within what we can do:
- Personalized investment advice. We won't, and can't, tell you "what to buy now," "what position size to use," or "whether to stop out." We don't know your financial situation or risk tolerance; for questions like that, consult a qualified licensed professional.
- Operating accounts for you. We won't operate your account, won't run strategies for you, and won't ask for your API credentials or funds. Anyone approaching you in the MeowQuant name to ask for credentials or money is an impersonator — just ignore them.
- OKX account problems. Can't sign up, can't withdraw, account under risk control, funds not arriving, and so on — these are OKX platform matters; go to OKX's official support. We have no access and can't handle them.
- Trade calls, lead trading, coin picks. We don't do these, and there's no paid group and no "inside information."
Response time
This site is maintained by the MeowQuant editorial desk on the side of doing the content, not as round-the-clock support, so please keep a reasonable expectation of reply speed. Usually we'll get back to your email within a few business days; correction suggestions that need verifying or re-testing take longer to handle — after all, we have to run it ourselves to confirm you're right before changing the article. If you haven't heard back after a week or two, send it again; we may have missed it.
